September 16 – 2021 Vancouver Canadians pitcher Hagen Danner and infielder Tanner Morris along with 2021-22 C’s infielder Addison Barger, 2022 catcher/outfielder Zach Britton and 2022 pitcher Hunter Gregory are assigned to the Arizona Fall League by the Toronto Blue Jays. 2017 C’s second baseman Samad Taylor is also sent to the AFL by the Kansas City Royals.
September 18 – 2022 C’s righthander Yosver Zulueta is promoted from Double-A New Hampshire to Triple-A Buffalo after making stops at Low-A Dunedin and High-A Vancouver.
September 20 – 2021-22 C’s infielder Addison Barger is promoted from Double-A New Hampshire to Triple-A Buffalo after beginning the year in Vancouver.

September 21 – Baseball America names 2022 C’s lefthander Ricky Tiedemann its 2022 Blue Jays Minor League Player of the Year.
September 23 – 2018 C’s infielder Otto Lopez is named the Jimmy Griffin Hometown Hero award as the top player for the Buffalo Bisons and 2017 C’s outfielder Chavez Young wins the Frank J. “Fremo” Vallone Community Service award for his good works in Buffalo.
September 26 – 2019 C’s righthander Alek Manoah receives sportsmanship award from Dove Men+Care for defending catcher Alejandro Kirk after Montreal radio host Matthew Ross criticized Kirk’s weight on Twitter.
September 27 – 2012 C’s second baseman Christian Lopes joins Brazil and 2015 C’s outfielder Rodrigo Orozco plays for Panama at the World Baseball Classic qualifiers in Panama.
September 29 -Skippered by 2011, 2014 and 2015 Canadians manager John Schneider and assisted by bench coach and 2019 C’s skipper Casey Candaele, the Toronto Blue Jays clinch a 2022 wild card berth after Baltimore loses to Boston. Seven players with a Vancouver Canadians connection appeared for the Jays.

October 1– 2021-22 C’s infielder Addison Barger is named to Baseball America’s High-A Classification All-Star Team as the designated hitter.
October 1 – 2018 C’s infielder Otto Lopez singles against 2018 C’s righthander Josh WInckowski for his first major league hit on his 24th birthday as the Toronto Blue Jays blank the Boston Red Sox 9-0.
October 2– 2021-2022 C’s righthander Troy Watson is assigned to the Salt River Rafters of the Arizona Fall League.
October 3 – 2019 C’s hurler Alek Manoah receives the American League Pitcher of the Month award for September.
October 4 – 2011 C’s second baseman Jon Berti steals his major league-best 41st base against the Atlanta Braves, besting Baltimore’s Jorge Mateo by six. Berti was caught only five times in 102 games, the fewest amount of games ever by a Major League stolen-base champion.
October 6 – 2014 Canadians outfielder Jonathan Davis elects free agency after spending 2022 with the Milwaukee Brewers after hitting .224 and stealing seven bases in 37 games.

October 17 – Brennan Delaney of BlueJaysNation.com reports a number of former C’s will play in the Dominican Winter League. Among them are 2017 C’s pitcher Nate Pearson and 2022 catcher Jommer Hernandez joining Licey, 2021 infielder Rafael Lantigua going to Gigantes, 2019 and 2021 infielders Luis De Los Santos and 2021-2022 righty Jol Concepcion heading to Escogido, 2022 infielder Rainer Nuñez and Spencer Horwitz reporting to Estrellas and 2022 lefty and 2017-2019 and 2022 righty Juan Nuñez hooking up with Aguilas.
October 19 – 2011-2012 Canadians infielder Balbino Fuenmayor joins Caribes de Anzoátegui of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League after hitting .307 with 11 home runs and 45 RBI with Tecolotes de los Dos Laredos of the Mexican League.
October 21 – 2011, 2014 and 2015 C’s manager John Schneider receives a three-year contract with a team option to continue managing the Toronto Blue Jays.
October 25 – The B.C. Sports Hall of Fame names Vancouver Canadians co-owners Jake Kerr and Jeff Mooney as the winners of the W.A.C. Bennett Award for “saving and elevating professional baseball in Vancouver.”
October 25 – 2022 C’s catcher/outfielder Zach Britton is named the Arizona Fall League’s Hitter of the Week for Week 3 after slashing .692/.733/1.154 with two doubles, a triple and six runs batted in.
October 31 – The Vancouver Canadians release its 2023 schedule with the season and home opener set for Friday, April 7 against Spokane.
