Two familiar faces and two new faces will make up the Vancouver Canadians coaching staff in 2020.
The Vancouver Canadians recently held its 9th Annual Hot Stove Luncheon in support of the Vancouver Canadians Baseball Foundation. The special guests were former Toronto Blue Jays manager Cito Gaston, current general manager Ross Atkins and president emeritus Paul Beeston.
The Vancouver Canadians will have a former Montreal Expo leading the way in 2019. The parent club Toronto Blue Jays announced Thursday that Casey Candaele will be the manager for Monty’s Mounties in 2019.
Canada’s professional baseball teams will be together for four more years. C’s co-owner Jake Kerr announced at the team’s annual luncheon Friday that the Blue Jays will remain affiliated with Vancouver until the end of the 2022 season.
